Build client virtual folder sort order correction(6.1.3)

After adding files from mainframe, the virtual folder files are sorted based on the member name of different PDSEs but it's not based on the sorted order of both PDSE and members together. Good to have them sorted based on both so it would be easy for admins to validate any particular folder contents. If there are common/general applications that has multiple PDSEs loaded under one virtual folder can be used by several other projects. In the current design, after initial loading validation of members and libraries from the virtual folder is quite time consuming. Moreover it was bit harder to verify what are all the components are correctly added and what was missed out(?), There are more chances of human error or typo mistake etc. We believe current virtual folder order could be enhanced for both PDSE and member sorting for better readability and control for admin related activities.

1) The current order is based on the member-id, so it doesn't show the correct sequence of order that we would like to see them. For eg: Existing folder has something like below

xxx.yyy.zzz(AA1)

xxx.yyy.zzz(AA2)

aaa.bbb.ccc(AA3)

eee.fff.ggg(AA4)

aaa.bbb.ccc(AA5)

.. and so on.

2) For virtual folders we add members from several libraries(mainly the common project components and shared libraries..etc), we wish to have priority for both PDSE and member.

For eg. expected order is like below: it has first sort order by PDSE(a-z/1-9) and then by it's members(a-z/1-9).

aaa.bbb.ccc(AA3)

aaa.bbb.ccc(AA5)

eee.fff.ggg(AA4)

xxx.yyy.zzz(AA1)

xxx.yyy.zzz(AA2)
