No ADABAS DB ID in reports

The different reports where we have ADABAS information do not show DBID. For instance in E04, we see stmt line and ADABAS command code (L3 in sample). In calculation details for the line, we see the command code again and file number, but not DBID. File number without DBID can be ambiguous.
