Add support for CICS RESOVERRIDES to generate accurate reports such as COLDSTARTCOMPARE

Reports such as COLDSTARTCOMPARE generate mismatches on DATASETNAME for FILE entries for example.

The DFHCSD definition does not match the DATASETNAME attributed to the FILE when CICS applies RESOVERRIDES to the file dsn.

The CSD definition for is FILE(QAFAPTN1) - DSNAME(CICS.QAFAPTN1 )

But CICS generates DSN(ACPTESTV.CICS.QAFAPTN1 ) in the region after applying RESOVERRIDEs to the file.


Using RESOVERRIDEs heavily for REMOTESYSTEM, DSN prefixes etc will generate hundreds of false mismatches that will generate a tremendous amount of noise in the report.
