This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

This has been delivered as part of APAR PI67222 for CICS IA V5.3.
Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - CICS Interdependency Analyzer
For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
Brand - WebSphere
Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - CICS Interdependency Analyzer
We have had a look at this requirement and propose the following.
1. The ability to collect just the program flow. (CALL , LINK , XCTL) do you also want transaction flow (START , RETURN)
2. The ability to switch on either or all of the following resource collection - CICS / IMS / MQ / DB2
Note:The Command Flow function can now be used my multiple users. In this case users might request different collector options. By doing this more exits might be enabled. Thus increasing the performance. The new function mentioned above will be run as a SINGLE PRIVILEGED user.
Note : The IMS / DB2 / MQ and other remote interfaces use the same XRMIIN and XRMIOUT exits. Selecting any of these collections will enable the exit. So if you choose DB2 collection we will enable the exit and every MQ , IMS or DB2 call will invoke the exit. But MQ and IMS will leave at the start. There will still be a smaller performance impact.
Note: Dynamic COBOL call is not cheap. But there is already an option in command flow to switch it on and off.
This requirement has been accepted as an uncommitted candidate for a future release
