CICS PA - Improve Data Dictionary mass update process

When using the "Mass update" option to populate the data dictionary file then only the details for the last CICS region to be processed is recorded in the Data Dictionary file. If you need to use Data Dictionary files then you need to have a separate file for each CICS regions or group of CICS regions. I might have missed it but I have not seen this documented in the CICS PA or the CICS manuals.

So my requirement is to have the ability to only have ONE data dictionary file across all our images.
