Set a limitation for new starts of transactions when the number of AIDs in a CICS region reached to this limit Merged

In addition to the subject delivered by RFE 98067, i.e., set a limitation for new starts of transactions when the number of AIDs in a CICS region reached to this limit, customer would like to be able to set this limit for a specific transaction or a group of transactions, e.g., limit new starts of a transaction named ABCD or transactions named AB* or ABC+ (with wildcard characters).

    This is a duplicate of 121458 (see http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewChangeRequest&CR_ID=121458) which has already been declined with text as follows:

    CICS has no plans to provide monitoring of AIDs on a per transaction basis as this would involve an unacceptable performance overhead to the running system.
