Add functionality to DFHCSDUP to allow for features available in CEDA online transaction such as CHECK.

There are features available in CEDA/B/C transactions that are not available with the DFHCSDUP utility program. 

Most times we make a copy of a CSD for a new environment and then make changes to groups and lists via batch job with utility DFHCSDUP.

We would like to verify the integrity of your newly defined lists without bringing up the region with the new CSD.

Further, when we are doing upgrades of CICS version, we build out the new CSD with upgrade command but again, need to verify the CSD before bringing it up online.

Using the batch DFHCSDUP with a check option both for LISTS and GROUPS would help us.

Further, the COPY Group AS is not available in the DFHCSDUP program, however there is a work around here via a delete and subsequent Define.
