Create a New SMF type for Named Counter Server. The counters are requested via Db2 stored procedures, REST API, Batch jobs and CICS transactions. Our applications use DFHNCTR which is called via the 'CICS call interface ' and so the SMF 110 records are not inscope

From time to time we have applications that use the named counter excessively resulting in the CF structure going into monopolization mode. We would like to easily identify these applications. We are concerned about over head in doing this so would like the SMF to be in memory . Our intention would be to transport the data to real time graphs and alerting , however to do that we need the new SMF type
