Provide more details on a CMCI Timeout

Attempting to list the CICS regions via the CICS WUI when one of the regions is unresponsive produces a response that contains a warning and error message and the data for all the regions that did respond:

Messages:

EYUVC1278E Unable to obtain data for requested View. 'GET' (GET) request failed. (Environerror, Reqtimeout)
EYUVC1294W No response received from MAS CII2ZA1. Reason: Execution time out (225).

Attempting the same in CICS explorer results in an empty view and a message: "CNX0595E: An unexpected failure occurred:" in the view and "CNX0624E: Get Region from cicsplex_name failed". in the message area.

Recreating this request using a web browser shows why Explorer is unable to offer much of any use: All that comes back is:

    This requirement has been re-assessed. It is not likely that this will be implemented in the next 12-24 months and so it is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
