This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Certain CICS trace entries that identify when a dispatch activity changes TCBs are located in level DS 2 type traces while other trace entries for similar dispatch mode changes appear in both level 2 and 3. We request that all dispatch entries that identify a TCE mode change be available in both level 2 and 3 like DS02 and DS03.
Examples are but not limited too:
TI QR DS 0167 DSIT EVENT PULL_RUNNING_TASK_TO_QR
DSTCB T8017 DS 1023 DSAC *EVEN STATE_CHANGE

This RFE is being declined. The DSAC state change trace point is a state change not a change of TCB. It is true that a TCB switch can occur between these state change traces but most of the time that is not the case. The link to liberty TCB switch happens during a special DS suspend so the suspend trace point should be used, not the state change trace point.
It is likely that the pull to QR trace point will be made an exception trace.
