Improve SuperSession security at Logon with PassPhrases

This is to fix 2 Security issues with SuperSession:
1- When using PassPhrases at Logon, the reaction is different depending on if the UserID exist or not. This allows someone to try all possible UserIDs and find the list of existing ones.
2- When Logging on to SuperSession, if we enter a valid UserID with any PassPhrase, then this user loose his screen. This allows someone to disconnect any user at any time and any rate.

    As part of the work to combine password and passphrase (RFE 131166) this request potentially will be resolved with that work.
