Upgrade the IBM supplied CICS Reserved Word Table

It appears that IBM hasn't reviewed and upgraded the supplied CICS reserved word table for many releases (and versions) of COBOL. For example, OO syntax has been restricted under CICS for many versions of COBOL but the relevant words, such as INVOKE, FACTORY, CLASS-ID, etc., haven't been and still aren't restricted in the IBM supplied CICS reserved word table. Similarly, all DECLARATIVES are either invalid or ignored under CICS, but the words DECLARATIVE, USE, etc. aren't restricted. In addition, it would be appropriate to keep SD restricted but allow SORT since the format 2 (Table) SORT is fully supported under CICS. Although it is possible for sites to modify the CICS reserved word table at installation time, it is also true that many sites simply use the IBM supplied CICS reserved word table - assuming that it is accurate and current.
