Output files in the chunks of 128 kb getting created

While performing the batch execution we can see the XSOCFs (output
files) are getting created in a correct way only during the complete
batch execution. The issue seems to be arisen when during the long-run batch execution for which we can observe that the output file is
getting created in the multiples of 128 kb. However, in case of
Microfocus COBOL, the output files are getting created in the chunks of 4 kb. So we are expecting the same scenario should be achieved with IBM COBOL as well. This will help in understanding the batch looping issues with the help of these output files.

Implemented for a very unique case. Marking as delivered.

Valid request, but very application specific. Wouldn't be the default behavior; would need to be controlled by a knob.
