Enterprise Cobol V5+ - Clarification of the VLR compilation option

The behavior of the VLR compilation option that appeared with Enterprise Cobol V5 could be clarified by indicating that:
- VLR(COMPAT) checks the size of the read record against the "VARYING IN SIZE FROM min TO max" declaration of the FD clause,
- VLR(STANDARD) checks the size of the read record against the declarations of FD level 01 records.

VLR (COMPAT) maintains the existing behavior before Cobol V5.

A table of the status file values according to the VLR compilation option could be added to the documentation as proposed as an attachment to this RFE.
