Nested Occurs Depending On (ODO) for JSON Generate

When several "Occurs Depending On" (ODO) are nested into each other, modifying the number of occurence for an ODO during run time change the way the storage is reorganized.

We want nested ODO to behave in a way that would generate JSON tables with the right number of occurences.

Imbricated tables are mandatory for json data

The issue is not in JSON PARSE/GENERATE statement but rather, it’s in COBOL Occurs Depending On data items (aka table).
COBOL tables are fixed in each dimension.

In addition, very subtle memory layout changes can occur if users are not keenly aware of the underlying memory representation.
This will result in bugs that are difficult to find and diagnose.

This would not be backwards compatible. Also, this is non-compliance to the COBOL Standard.
Hence, we do not think this is implementable and will be rejecting.
