New UUID built-in function generating a version 4 UUID per RFE 4122 (125715)

Please provide a new UUID built-in function generating a version 4 UUID per RFC 4122.

To be able to generate version 4 and 5 in the same program we suggest the following implementation:

- New UUID4 built-in function
- Rename UUID to UUID5 built-in function and UUID becoming a synonym for UUID5

Simular function as recently developed for the PL1 compiler .

    Support for this RFE was delivered in the Dec 2019 V6.1 PTF (APAR PH20081), Dec 2019 V6.2 PTF (APAR PH19715) and in the Jan 2020 V6.3 PTF (APAR PH20997).

    Hello. I have written a COBOL V6R2 program that generates UUID using the new intrinsic functions.
