Option for identifying unreachable and easily removable code.

We would like to suggest an option like the rules suboptions NOUNREF* for marking unreachable code.
We are aware that compiling with OPT(2) will give us informationals for unreachable code, but sometimes it can be difficult to determine if the code can be removed.
This is the case when the code is contained in a copybook.
If all the code in the copybook is unreachable, then we can remove it, but if some of the code is used, we cannot.
We would like to suggest a new rules suboption, like UNREF/NOUNREF*, that gives warnings for unreachable code that can be easyli removed.
Variations of the option could be:
- No warnings.
- Warnings for unreachable code outside copybooks.
- Warnings for unreachable code outside copybooks, and for unused copybooks.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this can't be done as described in the RFE with the technology we currently have.
One example of a limitation is, we don't have a good way of figuring out what is and is not reachable in a copybook.

As a result, this RFE is being rejected.

    Thanks.
