Enterprise Cobol - Support for concatenation operator &

We want the "&" concatenation operator, as described in the ISO COBOL standard, to be supported by the IBM Enterprise Cobol compiler.
This operator must be able to be used everywhere where a literal is authorized:
- declaration of a VALUE in a data description
- in an expression in procedure

This would facilitate the management of REPLACING on strings by isolating the part to be replaced.

"&" operator should also be available for conditional compilation directives.

Thank you for bringing this RFE to our attention. This RFE is being accepted and the "&" operator will be implemented as described in the COBOL Standard.
