New compile option INFOFS/NOINFOFS for Enterprise Cobol V5

Enterprise Cobol V5 changed the handling with the information-level file status.
Version 5 restores the COBOL 85 conforming behavior:
A successful read of a file might return file status 04
instead of 00, if the minimum and maximum record sizes
do not match the bounds specified in the RECORD VARYING
clause.

Exiting COBOL programs might get problems when they get file status 04 instead of 00, although the read was successful.
Before using the new Cobol V5 compiler, all these programs need to be adjusted.

Suggestion for the enhancement:
A new compiler option is needed: INFOFS/NOFINFOFS.

INFOFS: Cobol run time will generate all informational file status values.
NOINFOFS: Cobol run time will map all informational file status conditions (02,04,05,07, also 97) to file status value 00.

This RFE has been put into plan.

We are only accepting part of this RFE. We will accept this RFE as a request for an option for getting file-status 00 for wrong-length read, to address the FS=04 mentioned in the first part of this RFE.
In particular, we are not considering an option to "map all informational file status conditions (02,04,05,07, also 97) to file status value 00.change all of the other non-zero File Status codes to 0"

This feature is in line with IBM's multi-year strategy. This feature has been prioritized, but not put into plan yet. Once put into plan, this item will be updated.
