Flag packed fields with even number of digits

The compiler should flag numeric packed field definitions with even numbers. E.g. S99 packed decimal should be flagged.

    This RFE is now delivered as RULES(NOEVENPACK) which shipped in V5.2.

    This is a good idea, but apparently "Feature deferred" gets translated into "Rejected". Trying "Feature prioritized" now...sorry!

    I don't understand: If that is a good idea why do you reject that RFE? :-(

    If that RFE is rejected it doesn't make sense to post one for flagging the number of digits for binary fields, does it?
