Cobol V5 - Reintroduce "Intrinsic Function Implementation Considerations" chapter in "Performance Tuning" manual

In the previous version of "Performance Tuning" manual, an appendix provided some informations on the implementation of "intrinsic functions", namely if it were implemented as "inline" code, call to a Language Environment service, or part of an external library.

In the Enterprise Cobol V5R1 version manual, this information has disappeared (and there is no manual for the Enterprise Cobol V5R2 version).

It should be noted that there were some errors in V4R2 version : the MOD function do call external routines and isn't a purely inline code.
