Due to low priority and not enough justification on the business case at this point we will decline this idea. But we are happy to reconsider if there is enough business justification for this.

This is a good use case indeed, but I believe many customers are already doing this through their start up tasks. Instead of making product change to achieve that, wouldn't it be better to add this option in automation scripts that are dealing with CICS TG start and stop tasks in customer environments? Please let me know what added advantage you think this feature will have being part of the product and not as part of atuomation scripts. If there is good justification based on the business use case, we will be happy to consider it for future.
