Know which batch jobs are running debug Tool and identify program

How can you know which user is currently working with DT on a specific module. In batch and online. Meaning, while a user is debugging a Load Module he locks it. So in some cases I would like to know who it is to take control actions.
Under CICS we have the Show Profiles function in DTCN, but if there are 400 profiles (one per developer) it is very difficult to locate the active profiles, we can browse the VSAM file containing the profiles but we will only get the information for those profiles that are active but we do not know which ones are being executed under Debug Tool.
