Improve access to DBD and PSB libraries assigned, and which library was selected with using the given member

When in the Browse Entry Panel, or Edit Entry Panel, or (possible) in the Browse or Edit panel, it would be good to have a short cut (Default PF key setting) to take you directly to the Subsystem Settings Menu, where you can view or update information. Specifically, you may want to see exactly what DBD, PSB, or template libraries are used. Granted, any changes made during a browse/edit session are not activated until you re-enter. (This is the same as today, since this option is available in a browse/edit session.)

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Development Tooling
    Product - IBM File Manager

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
    Product - IBM File Manager

If I understand what they are requesting - its a shortcut to the DBD / PSB libraries and template libraries.
Currently they could use the following commands as shortcuts.

    Panel                                                                                                                                       Command
    : DLI mode settings
1  Parameters   Parameters passed to the IMS region controller                                DL1
2  Data sets 1  DFSVSAMP, RESLIB and IMS macros data set names                       DL2
3 Data sets 2  RECON and ACBLIB data set names                                                   DL3
4  Options      Autosave, checkpoint frequencies and PROCOPTs                                DL4

     BMP mode settings
5  Parameters   Parameters passed to the IMS region controller                                BM1
6  Options      Autosave, checkpoint frequencies and PROCOPTs                               BM2

     DLI and BMP mode settings
7 Data sets 1  PSB and DBD data set names                                                              IM1
8  Data sets 2  Template data set names                                                                         TPL

All of the commands with the exception of TPL currently work as shortcuts to the respective panel.
TPL currently produces invalid command which is a defect - it should be accepted and be a shortcut to the template data set names.

If the wanted a shortcut to the subsystem setting menu then this could be achieved currently as an ISPF command which had the action
SELECT PANEL(FMN1PSSS) but this wouldn't give them much as its currently available from the options pulldown.

In fact all the shortcuts don't give them much in view of the pulldown.

What we need to know is typing the command (documented above) or putting the command on a PF key what they are looking for.
eg Type IM1 to produce the current DBD and PSB data set lists.
If so then they can raise a PMR to deal with the fact that TPL is not recognized as a valid command and we can address that via service.
