Operator action message not shown in IDz

Even though prompting operator action is outside File Manager's control, we need to have some message or indication to the developer that the dataset is waiting for an action from operator. This message could be provided by File Manager or IDz itself. Currently there is no indication to the developer and it just says that Edit session is being
opened and stays like that forever. We need a notification to the developer in IDZ

    This is not something we can address in the next 2 years. We have addressed the underlying issue with the data set action that caused the console message.
