Change DECIMAL-POINT to comma in File Manager for DB2

Display of numeric fields in File Manager for DB2 shows decimal point exclusively as ".". It is not possible to change to "," (comma), as you can do in SPUFI. It seems to be a good enhancement, as customers can use both characters to separate decimals in numeric fields.
