Add last screen handling for Screen Combinations

Add the capability to screen combinations last screen processing such that data may not extracted on the last screen if the data that is displayed is repeated. This happens when the last screen of data is only recognized when a PF key is hit and then the "No More Data" (or similar message) is displayed. The last screen of data was already displayed and extracted, but the last screen could not be recognized until the PF key is hit and the "No More Data" message is displayed, so that data should not be extracted.
