Allow fields >= 64k

The assembler currently only supports the definition of fields less than 64k bytes in length. The assembler should be revised to support the definition of fields greater than or equal to 64k bytes in length.

    This RFE is one of a small group which had apparently been set aside incorrectly years ago and subsequently overlooked. We are sorry for the delay.

    The current limit on the field size could be increased but it affects various internal 2-byte length fields in the assembler which would require a considerable amount of work to change. The length attribute value is also similarly restricted.

    As we have not received any strong specific justification for this request we do not consider it a good use of our resources and are declining it for the moment. We may however revisit this in future.
