Present warning or prevent pages in the Deploy Wizard from being named those IBM ships

When a client is using the Deployment Wizard and they attempt to name a page one of the shipped names, either prevent them from using the name or present a warning that this is the name of a shipped file and do not recommend using this name for a page.
When they do this, it makes support more difficult because we don't know they did it and they don't tell us and we assume they didn't and it takes a lot of time to figure out they did something they shouldn't have. The warning message would be helpful, but preventing them from naming would be even better.

    We have evaluated this request and determined that it cannot be implemented at this time.

    Currently, we show a warning to replace the existing files and there is no real need to keep the default ones as non-replaceable.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
