Allow multiple instances of the DAI TCP/IP Server using same TCP/IP port

In today's environment it is critical that we have 24x7 available of critical system tasks.

Today the DAI TCP/IP server can only have one address space up per TCP/IP port within a SYSPLEX.
If a second server startup is attempted the task fails with an error that indicates the TCP/IP port is already in use.

What I would like to see is the DAI TCP/IP Server task to work similar to what is provided with IMS Connect where you can have multiple IMS Connect address spaces up using the same port or support similar to what is provided with the IMS Repository Server or ITKB.
IMS Repository Server and ITKB use a Master / Subordinate structure.
