Need to support current line selected for MVS Files in COBOL/JCL editor

1) For developing macros and actions based on Menu Manager, it would be great to have access to the current line with highlighted/select text in the editor window for COBOL and LPEX editors. This could allow much more granular actions whenever a user is in a source file or JCL member. This is similar to the variable called $currentlinecontents. This would also assist with HATS RCP development. 2) Additionally, it would be great to see Menu Manager enhanced where a Category could be added to the File Menu for invoking installed features instead of having to use the context menu as the only option.
