handle PL/I constructs/macros without preprocessing

This request is a follow up on PMR# 76639,010,678

Currently, the real-time syntax check gives errors for some specific PL/I constructs or macros.

It can be solved by adding the MACRO option and by running the preprocessor through "Identified using configured preprocessor". However it will be useful if the real-time syntax check could resolve these syntax without preprocessing.

If includes have macros generating new PL/I code with new includes, these includes are not downloaded to the client when editing the main program. Therefore a local preprocessing doesn't work and only a remote one will have access to all possible include files.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us; However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
