Missing extended mnemonics for arithmetic and test under mask conditions for STOC[G] and LOC[G]

As documented in the HLASM Language Reference manual, extended mnemonics are provided for branches after the following instruction categories:

Compare instructions
Arithmetic instructions
Test under mask instructions

However, for LOC[G] and STOC[G], extended mnemonics are only provided for compare instructions, this makes use of LOC/STOC after arithmetic or test under mask instructions harder to code and understand, and therefore more prone to errors.

The extended mnemonics were added by APAR PM79901 as part of z13 support in January 2015, so this request has indeed been delivered.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - High Level Assembler (HLASM)

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - High Level Assembler (HLASM)

    This requirement has been accepted.
