Batch Software Analyzer for PL/I always gives 0 results where as RDz software analyzer gives results on the same

Hi,
We are in the process of implementing Batch software analyzer for COBOL and PL/I developers when they want to check the health checks of their code.
We got the RDz in host upgraded to V9.5.0 and tried running the batch software analyzer on the source PDS datasets and found the below issues.
with PL/I source files , Batch software analyzer always gives 0 results even though code has got the violations. The main reason for this is parser finding issues with nested include files and flagging include files has got the syntax error and software analyzer job completes with Return 0 from Eclipse. No Results getting generated.
When I run the software analyzer on the same PL/I source file from RDz , it gives me the results on RDz.

This is the main problem that users complain when they run Software analyzer on RDz (1 module at a time) we are getting the analysis results.
