Web Services Top Down support for IMS

RDz and IMS web services (Customer Unicredit wants IMS top-down for COBOL)
Customer wants to invoke an external ws via a Synch Callout from an IMS application. It seems that RDz doesn't allow the top-down approach to generate from a given wsdl the Cobol corresponding structures.
Manual work that customer application programmers have to do in order to create COBOL CopyBooks including the REQUEST/RESPONSE is long and error prone.
Can IMS or RDz create automatically COBOL CopyBooks for IMS starting from WSDL as CICS does or RDz does for CICS? (CICS Web Service Assistant DFHWS2LS)
