Add Eclipse based Rexx editor

It has been about two yeasr since some one has requested this and got declined so I thought I would try again.

Please add an Eclipse based Rexx editor.

It doesn't need to do a lot. The base Eclipse editing actions, color highlighting, outline view showing procedure names.

Nice to haves would be matching parenthesis highlighting and mark occurrences highlighting of code structure (if/then/else/end).

SInce moving to the COBOL and JCL editors, I have come to hate the LPEX editor. I only use LPEX for Rexx development.

    Upgraded IDz today and was surprised to see the Rexx Editor. It is six years after I requested it, but I commend you for leaving the request open rather than declining it. Just using it for a couple of hours today, I like it a lot better than editing Rexx in the LPEX editor.

    Auto completion and realtime syntax check would be nice as well. Also Clicking on procedure names or variables and moving to their definition... Outline View, etc...
