ZUnit: Testing file I/O by specifying only a data set name

For a test of file I/O with large files (approx. 1 million entries/lines), the specification of the dataset name in the case editor is possible. The file contents are not transferred to the test case editor to avoid a heap space of the IDE.
For the specification of a dataset name in the Case Editor, an additional field must be provided in the Preferences in order to globally determine the scenario for all generated tests.
Furthermore, the Create/Modify Test Case dialog can be used to set the "Capture file I/O" property and thus additionally specify the dataset name. The defined settings in the dialog have the identical specifications from the Preferences in the default. If the settings are changed in the dialog, these are executed, since they were consciously changed according to the case.
In the RFE 153131, the provision of specific case settings in the Create/Modify Test Case dialog is required
