RDz9.0.1.2- COBOL program control Flow issue - PMR 50537,004,000

Problem description
Hi,
We have an issue with Program Control Flow option on a COBOL source
module.
when we open the program control flow for a cobol module, we get the
program control flow view and see all paragraphs in the COBOL source
module. Till this part it is good.

The Issues is, when i disconnect the system , i should not see the
program control flow view showing my source module with all paragraphs.
But, i still see the program control flow opened and showing all the
paragraphs. Another thing is, when i click on one of the paragraphs, i
am getting the login pop up. if i cancel the login , i am still able to
see my source code which is not what we expect.

Here is what we wanted to know:
1. Is there a way to clear the cache of program control flow view after
we disconnect the system?
2. We dont want to see source module without connecting to system if
user clicks on the program control flow view.
