Use EQAD3CXT rather than CEEUOPT in RDz Property Group Build Process

When using RDz Property Group to remotely build a DB2 application which will be executed with interactive debugging, the process generates CEEUOPT to be linked into the DB2 application (at run time the CEEUOPT is the vehicle to pass the LE Run Time Parameters which start the Debug Tool).

However, CEEUOPT is not a dependable mechanism to set LE Run Time Options because it competes with (and loses to) PLIXOPT in PL/I applications. At link time a PL/I application which employs PLIXOPT to set specific LE RTOs will be linked in rather that the CEEUOPT to pass the Debug Tool options.

Customers using PL/I with PLIXOPT cannot use RDz Property Groups to build DB2 applications for remote interative debugging.

IBM Debug Tool Support recommends the use of exit EQAD3CXT rather than CEEUOPT to be linked into applications to trigger the Debug Tool.

This RFE is to update the RDz Property Group process so that it uses EQAD3CXT rather than CEEUOPT as the mechanism for interactive debugging with the Debug Tool. It is imperative that RDz stay current with the Debug Tool and other integration points.

This feature is made available by Debug Tool, when Debug Tool provided EQAD3CXT. It can be used along with the RDz build process by doing the following:
When you have CICS, DB2 or IMS specified on the Runtime Environments page, you should specify the Run in Batch radio button on the Run tab of the property group, so as not to generate the CEEUOPT.
