HCE keyboard setup/mapping

Add a setting so that we can modify the keyaboard mapping more than exsiting today. For example "Attn", "Esc", "Enter", "New line" and more.

Please see our prior update which we believe will be very helpful to you. Because we've attached additional information to this request, we do not believe more changes are needed beyond what is described and attached in the earlier comment; we are declining the request to make changes as we do not believe they are necessary. Thank you.

What is being requested is possible with the current version of the IBM IDz Host Connection Emulator.

We are attaching here a document that shows how to map the keys in IBM IDz Host Connection Emulator. The document also includes images to illustrate how to map the different keys.

Also, in this link https://www.strongback.us/2012/09/mapping-the-ctrl-key-in-the-host-connection-emulator-of-rdz Strongback Consulting shows how to map the left and right CTRL keys.

One thing to also note is that at the bottom of the terminal emulator page, there is a keypad area that is minimized by default. Expanding the keypad area allows the user to also invoke function keys (PF13, Attn, etc.) without having to map them.

    We hope that this helps.
