Add zUnit Functionality to COBOL Modules not in a PDS

Currently, you are only able to generate a test case using zUnit if the COBOL Program is located in a PDS file. Here at my organization, we often work with programs not retrieved from Endevor and directly to a PDS, instead leaving them in what we call a "private file", which is anything on the mainframe with our user ID as the first node. If you try to generate a test case on one of these modules, you get a java.lang.NullPointerException error.

After discussing it with support in CASE ID TS002529440 (PMR 53634,082,000), it was discovered that it is a current limitation of zUnit that you can't use it with programs not in PDS members.

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
