Support Cobol Report Writer syntax in RDz

Want RDz to support Cobol Report Writer syntax parsing

    Since every customer has their own JCL implementation of their pre-processor, it would be impossible to package this solution because it would require custom implementation work. Our suggestion is to use the informational link provided earlier.

    I have look at this before. It would be more helpful if IBM could package this solution into RDZ, and make it easier to consume. As it is complicated for manual setup and educate to a large population of users.
