menu manager - allow us to control sizing of popup menu manager window

I have been building some Menu Manager screen and have been putting the output from my Rexx routine into this popup window. I would like to increase the size of this window so that I don't have to manually increase it every time I run this process. This option is displayed by checking "Show output in Dialog" This Dialog popup - we need to be able to control the size of this Window. A global change would be acceptable in my mind.

Another option that would be better, give me the option to put this popup into a new view. That way I could put the results next to another edited file and make changes while I am going through the Menu manager results.
