Identify unused variables at 01 level with no subordinates

In IDz if I right click in the source code of a Cobol program and choose Refactor/Identify Unused variables, it doesn't identify those that are not at an 01 level.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us; However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.

We patterned our enhancement after the new Enterprise COBOL 6.2 implementation for RULES(NOUNREFALL). Please see:
    https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS6SG3_6.2.0/com.ibm.cobol62.ent.doc/PGandLR/ui/up8010.html

When NOUNREFALL is specified, all level-01 and level-77 data items in the FILE SECTION, WORKING-STORAGE SECTION, LOCAL-STORAGE SECTION, and LINKAGE SECTION that are unreferenced, including no subordinate items referenced when the item is a group, are reported, regardless of whether the definition of the data item appears directly in the user source program or was included in the program from a copy member.

Attachment (Use case): attached a word document with a couple of screen shots that should, hopefully, make it clear what I'm trying to say
