Column indicator line in Cobol editor

A preference is available in LPEX. Customer would like the same in COBOL editor. It is:
LPEX Editor -> z Systems LPEX Editor -> COBOL parser -> Controls ->
Column indicator line -> check box: Enable a vertical line that indicates the cursor column position

The COBOL editor has a line:column indicator on the status line on the bottom of the workbench window. It is a different mechanism than the LPEX editor, but is consistent with other Eclipse-style editors like the Java editor.
