Support for more command thru COMMAND file for Remote Debugging

For remote debugging using IDz, we can use a COMMAND file, but the commands that can be executed before the program stop in debugger are limited.

One of the reason we use the command file is to conditionally stop the program in the debugger based on certain data condition. This is to avoid other developer/tester from getting impacted because of the debugging activity.

One example is - we use AT LABEL command as below -

AT LABEL 1000-MAIN-PROCESSING WHEN PSF-RUN-REC-LMT-NB = 100 QUIT DEBUG;

(AT LABEL <paragraph name> WHEN <condition> <Action> )

Removing these limitations - like the one from the AT LABEL command - during remote debug, would be greatly help our adaption of IDz.
