Extend RDz pushToClient-feature, add MVS-/JES-Filters, Edit MyJobsFilter

Currenty (RDz 9.5.1) contains a pre-defined JES-Filter (MyJobs) for Jobs where the user is the Job owner. In our Company not all Jobs initiated by the user are running with the user as Job owner.
In such cases it would be a great help to maintain the Definition for the MyJobs-JESFilter in a central place, using the pushtoclient-feature.
This would include adding multiple filter strings for the MyJobs-filter, which is currently not possible.
Or add the possibility to define new jes-filter for These Jobs (using pushtoclient).
If enabling pushtoclient-feature for jes-filters it would also be nice to have the Feature for MVS-files, since some files/libraries should be visible for all developers.
