RDz Remote Preprocessor not flagging some lines generated by Netron CAP Processor

We have configured the RDz remote preprocessor to execute a Netron COBOL preprocessor on the host...via REXX. The process seems to work OK for most Netron source but for some cases, many of the lines are incorrectly identified as preprocessor statements as they are actually original source lines.
eg. for input source which has INITIALIZATION SECTION, the PP flags the entire section in the input source as if it causes generated code..but it does not...it is original code in the input source.
After discussions with IBM(Joel Duquene), it was determined this is caused by the INITIALIZATION section in the output source(generated by Netron host processor) being in different location/sequence than in the input source..ie. input source has INIT section at front..output source has it at end of source. Same issue occurs when doing a 'Compare with each other' with the input source and the PP output source..ie. some source lines in the output source are not flagged as differences since they are out of sequence. This prompted the suggestion by Joel to investigate doing the compare in the preprocessor by section name instead of from top down line by line. Please advise if/when this is possible. Thx

Thank you for taking the time to submit an enhancement for IBM Developer for z/OS. Customer input is invaluable to our products and many new functions and enhancements result from feedback. All input is very important to us to improve and server our customers.

We realize this Request for Enhancement has been in our backlog for quite some time and it is currently still not in our roadmap for the next two years. Instead of keeping it indefinitely in our backlog we have decided to respond with a decline.

If you would like to discuss this decision in more detail please reach our to Joy Spohn (joys@us.ibm.com). Or, you can resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration. Thank you again for your suggestion.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. Your request is currently inline with our product strategy and we have planned it for a future release of the product. Thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
