Add support for Java 11 to allow integration with newer Sonar products in IDz

SonarLint and SonarQube have already made the jump to Java 11. Windows 11 is being shipped with Java 11. Adding support for Java 11 in IDz would prevent compatibility restrictions with the newer versions of htis integrated product.

    This issues forces us to switch of our Sonar buildbreaker as developers do not get an opportunity to verify their code upfront. This really is an issue that directly impacts our delivery quality. Can you please fix this on short notice but also to the future ensure that IDz follows the current Java versions in the market?

    Adding Java 11 support would also be in line with other products where Java 11 is required now.
