Make clear warning message for "Source -> Validate JCL" feature when working with tape datasets

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

'Source -> Validate JCL' feature does not support tape datasets, but instead when using this feature it returns "Dataset not found" for the tape dataset. This message brings confusion among users. If that feature does not work for tape datasets, I would expect to get message something like that: "Your JCL contains tape dataset, and this is not supported by 'Source -> Validate JCL' feature. Please be aware." or something like that.
